ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINING FOR VOCATIONAL TEACHERS

This practical two week course is for teachers who are working in vocational or technical education. The course offers 30 hours of training (26 hours 40 minutes excluding breaks) which focusses on improving participants’ confidence in English as well as providing English vocabulary to improve their subject teaching in English. If you are applying for Erasmus+ funding, it is possible to reserve a place on this course. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if your funding application is unsuccessful.

INTENSIVE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINING (FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS & TEACHERS OF SUBJECTS OTHER THAN ENGLISH)

This two-week course is for teachers of subjects other than English and those who work in an administrative or managerial role in an educational institution (primary, secondary or tertiary sector). The course offers 30 hours of training (26 hours 40 minutes excluding breaks), which focusses on improving participants’ confidence in English. If you are applying for Erasmus+ funding, it is possible to reserve a place on this course. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if your funding application is unsuccessful.

CONTENT & LANGUAGE INTEGRATED LEARNING (CLIL)

This two-week course is for teachers who are currently teaching, or preparing to teach, an academic subject in English. Academic subjects include Geography, History, Biology, Economics, Citizenship, to name but a few. This course offers 30 hours of training per week (26 hours 40 minutes excludingbreaks). Morning sessions focus on language development where participants gain confidence in using English. The afternoon methodology sessions introduce fresh and communicative approaches to teaching your subject through English. If you are applying for Erasmus+ funding, it is possible to reserve a place on this course. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if your funding application is unsuccessful. 

EFFECTIVE USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN TEACHING

This practical two-week course is for teachers who would like to increase their awareness and usage of technology in a teaching context. The course offers 30 hours training per week (26 hours 40 minutes excluding breaks). Morning sessions focus on language development where participants gain confidence in using English. The afternoon methodology sessions introduce fresh and communicative approaches to using technology in teaching.
